If you are happy to move between different locations to accommodate your client needs, then you can also have clients choose their preferred location when making session requests.
When adding or editing a location, it is possible to specify whether or not the location is request-able.
Any locations with this option enabled will become available to clients when searching for a gap in your calendar via your portal. The client's choice of location will be included in the notification you receive, so you'll know where the client would like to meet.
Note: To ensure clients can find available calendar slots for the location of their choice, make sure you have configured at least some working periods without any location limits.
