Your chosen Striive plan will limit the number of clients you can have in your account. You can monitor these on your client roster.
On your dashboard, we will also display your active client count. You may find that your active client count, is less than that shown on your roster.
Striive considers a client active if any of the following apply;
- They hold an active class pass
- They are a current membership subscriber
- They have an active session pack
- They have attended a class or session, or signed up, within the last 2 weeks
So if your active client count is less than your roster, you may have disengaged clients that need bringing back into the fold.
Note: We don’t automatically archive inactive clients. You can archive (and restore) clients at any time to manage your roster. Clients cannot be archived if they are currently active.
